Choosing an Infrared Sauna: Compare the Complete Cabin

Choosing an Infrared Sauna: Compare the Complete Cabin

Infrared sauna rooms come in different footprints and seating layouts. A compact single-seat cabin and a larger shared cabin can look similar in a product photograph, but suit very different spaces. Compare the complete specification and practical layout before selecting your model.

Start with seating and access

Ask for the external dimensions, usable internal dimensions and bench length. Consider how people will enter, sit and leave the cabin. Check the doorway position and opening direction against your proposed room layout.

For a shared cabin, compare the actual seating plan rather than relying only on the advertised capacity. Include the delivery route and assembly space in your measurements.

Review the heating layout

Request a diagram showing the heater or panel positions for the exact configuration. Confirm what equipment is included and which features are optional. Product labels and photographs should be checked against the final written specification.

Treat red-light features, lighting and other extras as separate items to verify. Do not assume they are included simply because they appear in a promotional photograph.

Make controls easy to use

Ask where the controls are located, what settings they provide and whether they can be reached from the intended seating position. Confirm the supplied operating instructions and any requirements for optional connectivity features.

Confirm installation and ownership details

Get the electrical requirements and installation documentation for the selected cabin. Have a qualified installer assess compatibility with your location before ordering. Keep the model reference and equipment list for future support.

Compare the included items, available replacement parts and care instructions alongside the purchase price. Avoid choosing a cabin around unverified health claims or a list of features that does not identify the actual supplied equipment.

Browse our infrared sauna rooms and ask for the specification of the cabin you are considering.
